We have mitigated the issue by performing database failover. We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 30 Jun 2015 11:15 AM UTC. We will work with our Azure partners to identify Root Cause of the issue.

We are actively investigating issues with one of the collection database in Shared Platform Service. Some customers may experience intermittent slowness / timeouts in accessing Visual Studio Online.
