We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/20/2015, 03:20 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/20/2015, 01:16 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 4 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers may have observed a latency banner in the Azure portal even though data was not latent.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to a configuration change which was rolled back.
