Final Update: Friday, 13 November 2015 13:31 UTC
We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 13 November 2015 13:11 UTC. As subset of our build machines in our build pool hung during their orchestration due to which our build pool could not handle the incoming load with the reduced capacity. In order to mitigate the problem the team has expanded the build pool in order to handle the incoming load. The engineering team has also track down the build that caused the orchestration to hang. A fix for this issue will be rolled out soon.
Sincerely,
