Final Update: Thursday, 26 November 2015 21:35 UTC
We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal. The issue appeared to be load related which causes our VM to reimage slowly. We are currently working with our Partner team on the RCA and how to mitigate if this re-occurred.
We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
Sincerely,
VS Team Services Service Delivery Team
Update: Thursday, 26 November 2015 16:00 UTC
Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with Hosted Build service. After further investigation we identified provision of build machines is taking longer than usual which intern lead to longer queue times. We are actively working with our Azure partners to identify the root cause and exploring possible mitigation options. Subset of customers in East US2 region continue to experience higher queue times than usual and intermittent failures. We currently have no estimated time for resolution.
Work Around: Re-Queue if the build request fails.
Next Update: Before 18:00 UTC
Sincerely,
