Database Connectivity issues with Visual Studio Team Services - 11/28 - Resolved

We have confirmed that the database connectivity for the impacted subset of customer has been restored and systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 28 November 2015 22:07 UTC. 

Root Cause: The failure was due to database cleanup operation being performed by DevOps team.

We are actively investigating issues where a subset of customers located in South Central Data Center location will have trouble using their Visual Studio Team Services account. Some customers may experience sign-in issues while accessing their account.
