Investigating issues with Visual Studio Team Services - 1/5 - Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 01/05/2016 16:45 UTC. We are engaged with our partners to root cause the issue. Customers should not see any performance issues now while accessing Visual Studio Team Services. 
 
 We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with Visual Studio Team Services. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience slowness while accessing their VSTS accounts and may also experience longer queue times than expected for builds. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
