We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02 Feb 2016 04:45 AM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02 Feb 2016 04:05 AM UTC and it took 40 min to resolve the issue.
- Root Cause: There was an upgrade for search service which introduced failure condition.
- Chance of Re occurrence: Low. We are aware of the issue and will take necessary steps to avoid another occurrence,
