We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06 Feb 2016 06:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06 Feb 2016 04:10 UTC. Impact was limited to small subset of customer in Australia region and specific to Cloud Load Test service. The failure was due to issues with underlying SQL Azure database. We have worked with SQL Azure partner to restore the database to mitigate the issue.

We are actively investigating issues with Cloud Load Test in VS Team Services. A small subset of customers in Australia region may experience internal server error in accessing Cloud Load Test service.
