Suddenly , SharePoint stop redirecting to _trust/default.aspx which redirect to ADFS login page to obtain for the user login and it shows the NTLM login windows.
Fix:
Make sure AAM is configured rightly , if the SharePoint site with ADFS authentication extended with the Internet Zone then make sure AAM has the right Internet zone.
