Experiencing Data Latency for Multiple Functional Areas - 02/16 - Mitigating

Application Insights services are still working on processing some of the delayed data. Some customers may still experience data latency for data sent between 14:00 and 18:00 UTC and we estimate 7 hours before all backlog data is processed. Current data (data sent after 18:00 UTC) is being processed without delay.

Root cause has been isolated to interruptions in one of the dependent platforms which was impacting Application Insights processing service. Processing service is now working as expected. Some customers may experience data latency for data sent between 14:00 and 18:00 UTC and we estimate 10 hours before all backlog data is processed. Current data (data sent after 18:00 UTC), is being processed without delay.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience Data Latency. The following data types are affected: Customer Event,Dependency,Exception,Metric,Page Load,Page View,Performance Counter,Request,Trace.
