We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 2/22, 01:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2/21, 20:45 UTC and that during the 5 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced data loss up to 4%.

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 2/22, 01:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2/21, 20:45 UTC and that during the 5 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced data loss up to 4%.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a bug in one of the Application Insights services.
- Lessons Learned: Bug was fixed and hotfix was deployed to address this issue.
