Project Summary: Using a Sphero 2.0, I want to allow a user to create a floor plan of a specified space. Using a mixture of the Odometer, Gyroscope and the IMU Angles the app will allow the user to drive their Sphero around while recording the distances and translating them into a 2D map of the space they have driven.
Technology Toolkit:
Sphero
Visual Studio 2013
Node.js Tools for Visual Studio

Project Summary: Sphero Trainer adds a new dimension to a host of recreational activities. It uses the balls sensors to provide feedback about the ball’s motion through space. It will enable people to practice a sequence of motions and provide statistical and visual feedback on the person’s performance. This can be used to help novice athletes develop their skills in activities ranging from Track and Field to Lacrosse. One great application for this is learning simple martial arts techniques. In particular, it will aid in developing accurate forms.
Technology Toolkit:
Sphero
Sphero SDK
Windows Phone Dev Kit
Visual Studio
The following may be used in later stages:
Azure
Myo (depends on collaborative effort)
