It’s easy to become mesmerized by headlines about the digital health revolution. One can’t help but notice the noise on how nanobots, wearable sensors and devices, labs on a chip, apps on smartphones, virtual medical visits, machine learning and quantified-self consumers are going to upend the landscape of healthcare.
