We’ve confirmed that Cloud Load Test runs are running fine and there is no further customer impact as of 24 July 2015 20:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 24 July 2015 18:36 UTC.
• Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue with our partner Azure Storage services in East US region.
We understand that customers rely on VS Online as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are actively investigating issues with Cloud Load Test in US region. A subset of customers may face issues running load tests on their Visual Studio Online accounts. Our DevOps are actively engaged and will post an update as soon as we have more information
