We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 8/2, 11:56 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 8/2, 10:30 UTC and that during the 1.5 hours that it took to resolve the issue, a very small % of customers experienced data latency for their custom metrics data type.
• Root Cause: The failure was due to misconfiguration of one of the back end services.
