The BizTalk Product group has released the latest update for BizTalk Server 2013 R2. You can download it from the following location:

The CU7 package includes the following:
- All hotfixes previously released for BTS 2013 R2
- A selected set of hotfixes ported forward from BTS 2010 and BTS 2013
- Other fixes for issues discovered internally when testing BTS 2013 R2
