We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 2/10/2016 ~22:55 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2/10/2016 22:38 UTC. We do not see failures and the users should not have any issues logging in to their Visual Studio Team Services accounts now. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue. The issue was caused due to
ACS because of a live site issue due to SQL Geo replication.
We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are actively investigating issues with Visual Studio Team Services where customers may be unable to login to their Visual Studio Team Services accounts across multiple regions. DevOps are engaged and are active investigating the root cause and working to unblock the customers
